Fruit flies can ruin a dining experience.  The health department doesn’t care for them either.

Fruit flies lay their eggs in organic matter.  There are many areas in the commercial kitchens where this organic matter can be found include floor drains, sink drains, in cracks in the floor tile or tile grout, or at the points where kitchen equipment legs meets the floor; essentially anywhere water can be trapped.  Our technicians will conduct an intensive inspection to identify and target fruit fly breeding areas. 

After a thorough inspection, our technicians will expertly treat these fruit fly breeding areas.  They’ll also consult with and educate your staff about how to prevent these pesky flies from taking up residence in your kitchen.
